A NEW Scottish dairy brand is being launched at a New York food show to help meet the increasing US demand for products with Scottish provenance.

Scottish Dairy is being launched by Scottish Development International (SDI). It will see an exclusive logo added to premium Scottish dairy products in the US, provided they meet strict criteria and are made with 100 per cent Scottish milk.

SDI has also, for the first time, partnered with US food importer Atalanta, who will distribute some of Scotland’s best cheese across the US.
