JACQUI Ferguson has joined Wood Group as a non-executive director, and will sit on the board’s nomination and audit committees.
Ms Ferguson is currently senior vice-president and general manager of Hewlett Packard for the UK and other markets.
Chairman Ian Marchant said she has “broad experience as a business leader”.
