SHEPHERD Chartered Surveyors is the only Scottish-based firm to make it into a top 10 ranking of UK agents.
The ranking, compiled by property market analyst CoStar, is based on the number of listed property instructions firms have received to date. Shepherd, which merged with St Andrews-based Hardies in December, has received 63 instructions since January 1. Shepherd senior partner George Brewster said: “This is testimony to the quality of our market knowledge and recognition of the substantial investment that has gone into our operations at a local level throughout the country.”
