Elliott's nominees: Anthony Brooke, a one-time executive at BZW and Warburg and partner in an asset management firm, is said to be an experienced non-executive director of public and private companies and trustee.
Rory Macnamara is a former executive at Morgan Grenfell who is said to have served as chairman or director of a number of public and private companies in a broad range of sectors, including investment trusts.
