Caledonia Edinburgh, a financial advisory firm with £46million under management, has become the latest Scottish acquisition for national wealth manager Bellpenny.
It follows three raids on Glasgow by the US-backed Bellpenny, which acquired Reid, Scott & Ross, KM Financial Advisers, and MGW, in 2013-14. The Edinburgh deal will see Lynn Healy, a co-director with George Shepherd, transfer to Bellpenny. The directors said Bellpenny were "making a real impact on the Scottish advisory scene and...it's not hard to see why".
