BAE Systems has said it could sell parts of its US-based intelligence and security operation after receiving a number of enquiries from potential buyers.
The businesses in question span technical, mission and IT support services and predominantly serve the US government. BAE has engaged external advisers to carry out a strategic assessment of the companies.
