Baker Tilly in Aberdeen merger

ACCOUNTANCY firm Baker Tilly has confirmed its entry into the Aberdeen market through a merger with Simpson Forsyth.

Simpson Forsyth, founded in 1990, has three partners and 30 staff with its most recent turnover coming in around £3 million.

Baker Tilly has offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Grangemouth, and Lerwick.

Robert Ross, managing partner for Baker Tilly in Scotland said: "We have made no secret of our intention to enter the market in Aberdeen."
