INEOS has completed its £880 million acquisition of the 50 per cent stake in polystyrene maker Styrolution it did not already own.
Competition authorities gave the go-ahead for chemicals specialist BASF to sell its stake in the German-based joint venture it co-founded with Ineos in 2011.
