The largest is a £4.1 million project for Dundee University to build an extension to the teaching facilities at Ninewells Hospital and Medical School.
The contractor, formed from the remnants of ROK Scotland when its parent company went into administration in November 2010, is also refurbishing around 1500 square metres of existing teaching, administration, IT and library areas in the 89-week development.
