Nursery group plans expansion

NURSERY provider Wee Gems has lodged a planning application to build a new site at a major regeneration project.

The business is hoping to open its fourth nursery at the Southdale development in Armadale, West Lothian.

It already had premises in Broxburn and Livingston as well as in the Corstorphine area of Edinburgh.

Wee Gem's founder Mahyar Mortazavi said Southdale was one of Scotland's "most exciting regeneration projects".
