STEEL Engineering has won a contract to provide products for an offshore wind turbine being developed by Samsung Heavy Industries.
The Renfrew business will deliver steelwork and foundations for the seven megawatt turbine which is being put together at Methil in Fife.
The deal also involves further on-site work.
The company announced earlier this year it hoped to double its 120 workforce as orders from the renewable energy industry began to come through.
