The fire safety system contract, which has a four-year duration, will also involve installation of more than 12.4 miles of cable.
The South Glasgow development, on the site of the Southern General, will be the largest hospital campus in Europe. It will offer maternity, children's and adult acute services on one campus, and include the biggest critical care complex and one of the biggest emergency departments in Scotland.
