Scottish Salmon has followed record half-year results with a strong performance in the traditionally challenging third quarter.

The Oslo-quoted group has reported record year to date figures, with third quarter revenues up 83 per cent on last year to £33.6 million, and 2014 revenues up 56 per cent to £95.1m. The third quarter harvest was up 94 per cent to 8,779 tonnes, with 30,000 tonnes for the year now expected. Net earnings per kilo improved from a loss of 28p last year to a positive 3p. Exports to 21 countries now make up 36 per cent of revenues.
