Superglass shareholders passed all resolutions at the company's annual meeting yesterday, with the exception of those allowing the board to disapply statutory pre-emption rights and to authorise the purchase of own shares.
Superglass announced last week that the resolution to appoint Lars Rutegård to the board had been dropped due to his resignation as a non-executive, only 10 weeks after his appointment was announced.
