BRIGHTWORK, the independent recruitment businesses has secured a £7million asset-based lending working capital solution with Bank of Scotland.

The new facility, which bosses at the firm said marked an “important milestone”, will provide Brightwork with flexible access to working capital as it continues to develop and grow its business.

Derek May, Brightwork chief executive, said: “We are a very ambitious business and highly-oriented towards further growth throughout the United Kingdom.

“This financing facility from Bank of Scotland will permit us to fulfil those ambitions and will help us build on the growth we have enjoyed to date.”

The company works across a number of sectors, including food and drink, where it counts Diageo, Chivas Bros and William Grant as clients.
