CRANEWARE, which supplies healthcare software, has revealed that remuneration for its directors remained flat for the year ended June 30.

The Edinburgh-based business said no annual performance-related bonus was paid because certain financial targets set by its remuneration committee were not met.

Keith Neilson, chief executive and co-founder of the company, received £209,728 for the year, only £152 more than in the previous financial year.

Fellow director and chief financial officer Craig Preston was paid £192,866, up by £146 year on year.

Craneware said its bonus targets are set to reflect "challenging financial performance in the current year, but also provide for the future growth of the company".

No bonus was paid in the year ending June 30, 2013.
