Aggreko executive to take board role at Halma
Aggreko’s chief financial officer has joined the board of fire and gas detector maker Halma.
Carole Cran has been with Aggreko since 2004 and was promoted into her current role in June last year.
Buckinghamshire based Halma said Ms Cran, who trained as an accountant with KPMG and has also held senior roles at BAE Systems, will take up a non-executive director role in January.
She will also be chairman of the company’s audit committee from July next year, taking over from Jane Aikman.
Paul Walker, Halma chairman, said: "I am delighted that Carole has agreed to join the Halma Board. Carole brings a strong combination of financial, strategic and international organisational expertise.”
