Exova names senior independent director
Exova Group has made Bill Spencer its new senior independent director.
Mr Spencer, who is already on the board of the Edinburgh testing firm as a non-executive director, will step up when Allister Langlands moves to be chairman on January 1.
It was previously announced Mr Langlands, the former Wood Group chief, is replacing Fred Kindle.
