PROPERTY development company Credential Holdings has appointed a new non-executive director with a wealth of experience in the sector.
Scott Cairns, who was managing director at Scottish Metropolitan from 1992 to 2000, joins the board of the Glasgow firm which recently refinanced its lending with long-term backers Lloyds Banking Group through to 2014.
He said: "I am absolutely delighted to have the opportunity to work with the board at Credential in growing their business as they seek to take advantage of the solid base which their refinance has provided."
