PADDY Power has appointed Gary McGann as an independent non-executive director.
Mr McGann has been chief executive of packaging firm Smurfit Kappa since 2002 having previously joined in 1998 as chief financial officer. Prior to that he was the boss of airline Aer Lingus and wine and spirits importer Gilbeys of Ireland.
