PAY-DAY lending firm Wonga has appointed Tara Kneafsey as the managing director of its UK business.
She will work alongside group chairman Andy Haste on Wonga's strategic priorities, which include a review of its customer base and its advertising strategy.
Ms Kneafsey previously spent eight years at RSA Insurance and was most recently in charge of its UK small business division.
The former management consultant also spent time working internationally as chief executive of RSA's Latvian business.
