Ocado founder sells shares

Ocado co-founder and director Jason Gissing has sold shares worth £15 million in the grocery delivery firm.

The stake is equivalent to around 0.5% of the company. The move will leave Mr Gissing, who is quitting the business in May, with a holding of 2.5%.
