ENTREPRENEUR Roger Green has acquired the commercial and industrial division of division of ACE Recycling Group in a deal said to safeguard the future of the Alloa-based company.
Mr Green will merge ACE, which he bought out of administration, with his commercial cleaning company Spotless and sister firm Brightwaste.
ACE managing director Malcolm Mcardle: “It’s unfortunate that due to circumstances outwith our control ACE was forced into administration. Roger’s purchase of the business has meant we have retained all 13 of our staff.”
