Catholic Church in plea over boundary row pupils

The Catholic Church in Scotland has stepped into the row over proposals to remove hundreds of homes from the catchment area of a flagship denominational school, branding the time scale “unacceptable”.

East Renfrewshire Council is currently consulting on proposals which would see the catchment area of St Ninian’s High School in Eastwood changed before the beginning of the next school year.
