Knowing the drill

ALAN McKinney (Letters, February 12) is a brave man indeed if he was prepared to complain about the music in his dentist's waiting room before treatment.

I have complained about the incessant music at my dentist's, too. But I waited until I was quite sure my treatment was over and the drill had been well and truly disconnected.
