Kick-Ass creator Mark Miller was in high spirits as he mingled with fans and celebs at the Glasgow premiere of his film Kick-Ass 2.

Coatbridge-born Mark was joined by Michelle McManus, Clyde 1 DJ Shebahn Littlejohn, Burnistoun star Robert Florence and a host of film fans at Cineworld in Renfrew Street for the special event.

The film, released tomorrow, stars Aaron taylor-Johnson and Chloe Grace Moretz.

And Mark, 44, promised to bring Hollywood to Glasgow for the premiere of his next film project, The Secret Service, which is being directed by Matthew Vaughan and stars Samuel L Jackson and Michael Caine.

He said: "It's written in the contract that the film premieres have to be in Glasgow. It's very important to me."
