Ever fancied trying an Irn-Bru sangria or haggis paella? Well now's your chance.

La Tasca, an award-winning Spanish tapas bar and restaurant, is trialling a new range of dishes that marry traditional cuisine from Spain with Scottish ingredients.

The Discover Scotland fusion range, which aims to celebrate the distinctive culture and cuisine of each country, includes haggis paella, Irn Bru Sangria and patatas bravasheart and has been developed by the restaurant's head chef Anthony Bennett.

Our brand new additions to the menu use the very best of Scottish and Spanish cuisine to blend taste and culture to create three delicious new additions to our menu.
