DIY Cocktail: Amaretto Fizz
The festive period can be hectic and heavy, but everyone deserves a breather.
The amaretto fizz is the perfect Christmas party aperitif; refreshingly light and sweet, this cocktail will rejuvenate you to mingle, relax with guests and let the fun unfold.
Ingredients
13 ½ oz disarrono
20 oz orange juice
2 x 75cl bottles sparkling wine
Strips of orange zest
Method
1 Mix ingredients in a jug and and pour into champagne flutes.
2 Garnish with orange zest as desired.
