A second agreement, between Dingwall-based TEFL Scotland and Chinese online training company Zhi Bo Hong Yuan, should lead to 10 new jobs in the Highland town, while a third link sees the launch of a new training programme offered by Scotland's Rural College Elmwood Golf International.
The agreements were announced by External Affairs Minister Humza Yousaf, who said they are worth about £2 million to the Scottish economy over three years.
