A SCOTTISH city has revealed plans to be a World Heritage site.
Councillors in Stirling have put forward proposals to seek Unesco World Heritage status for the historic core of the city.
The status would register the city as a place of special culture or physical significance at an international level, with other heritage sites ranging from the Acropolis in Athens to New Lanark.
