SINGER LADY Gaga celebrated turning 28 by donning an ultra-sheer "birthday suit" with only strategically placed roses to preserve her modesty.
The five-times Grammy winner wore her latest outlandish outfit - topped by a elaborate headdress covering her entire face - after a short concert in New York. Gaga performed for an hour at the Roseland Ballroom, singing hits including Just Dance, Born This Way, Poker Face and Applause.
The outfit was one of a series of outrageous creations she donned during Friday's celebrations.
