A driver has died after his car crashed into a railway bridge.
The 25-year-old man suffered fatal injuries when his black Honda Civic hit the bridge at Causewayhead Road, Stirling.
The collision, near the junction with Cornton Road, happened at around 12.20am today.
Police Scotland said the road was closed for around four hours whilst a collision investigation was carried out.
Meanwhile, two teenagers have been taken to hospital following a car crash in Dundee.
A red Peugeot 206 hit a wall at DC Thomson on Kingsway East last night.
The 18-year-old male driver suffered a head injury and is in a serious condition at Ninewells Hospital. The passenger, also an 18-year-old man, was kept in overnight at Ninewells with a fractured shoulder.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service confirmed they were involved in the rescue operation following the crash, which happened just before 11pm.
A spokesman said: "There was one vehicle involved. Two male casualties were trapped. One casualty was removed by ambulance personnel and the other casualty was removed by firefighters."
Police are appealing for witnesses to both incidents to get in touch.
