TWO-YEAR-OLDS Nico Davie and Faith Fleming are dwarfed by one of Glasgow boy James Guthrie's most famous paintings at Kelvingrove in Glasgow.
In The Orchard has gone on permanent display after it was bought by Glasgow Museums with the National Galleries of Scotland, and is proving a popular attraction for young and old alike. With its rosy-cheeked children collecting apples and white ducks in an orchard, the painting has always been popular with visitors. The painting represents a pivotal point in Guthrie's life.
