SMITH Sheriff James Irvine Smith In his 90th year, died peacefully and unexpectantly in the Royal Alexandra Hospital, Paisley, on 11th January, 2016. He was loved and admired by his wife Diana, and his three children, Richard, Alison and Claire, and daughter-in-law Deborah and his nine grandchildren. Funeral service in the United Church of Bute, Rothesay, on Saturday, 16th January, at 12.30pm. Interment thereafter in Kingarth Cemetery. Family flowers only please. A Memorial Service will be held in Glasgow at a later date.
