Luskentyre in the Isle of Harris has been named by travellers as one of the UK's best beaches.
The beach on the west coast of South Harris came tenth in a list based on Tripadvisor reviews and ratings.
Woolacombe beach in Devon topped the list for the second year in a row.
The number one beach in the world was named as Grace Bay in the Turks and Caicos, a set of islands south-east of the Bahamas in the Atlantic Ocean.
Closer to home, the best beach in Europe was named as Playa de Ses Illetes on the Spanish island of Formentera.
