A woman who allegedly threatened a shop worker with a syringe has been arrested.
The 36-year-old was held by cops after an incident at a newsagents in Crow Road shortly before 8pm on Monday.
A Police Scotland spokesman said: "At around 7.55pm on Monday February 22, police received a report of an alleged robbery at RS McColl's in Crow Road, Glasgow.
"A 36-year-old woman has been arrested."
She is expected to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court later today.
