Man charged after death at Indian takeaway
A man has been arrested after the death of another man at an Indian takeaway.
Police have confirmed the man, 52, has been charged in connection with the investigation into the death of Shahzad Shah, 56, in Mintlaw, Aberdeenshire.
Officers were called to reports of a man collapsing at the food outlet, named in reports as Mirchi Tandoori, on Monday evening following an alleged incident. Police said he died at the scene.
The man is expected to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Wednesday.
