KILMARNOCK have announced that Rory McKenzie has signed a two-year contract extension with the club.

The 22-year-old's deal was set to expire at the end of the month, but he has renewed until 2018 after making 28 Premiership appearances last season.

The winger has been capped by Scotland at Under-19 and Under-21 level and is a product of the Killie youth system.

McKenzie has racked up 124 appearances for the Rugby Park outfit since 2012, contributing 10 goals and 21 assists in that time.

“It feels good to be staying with the club, I’m glad to get an extension sorted," he said to Kilmarnock's official website.
