A Scottish woman has offered the 'chance of a lifetime' to men and woman who who want to remain in the EU after Brexit - by marrying her.

The brunette addresses the camera with a traditional sausage supper and gives a rousing speech to the 'reluctant Brexiting brethren' who wish to remain in the EU.

Her proposal follows Nicola Sturgeon's declaration that a second Scottish independence referendum is 'on the table' after the Brexit fallout.

To Braveheart styled bagpipes Rachel says: "I appeal to all eligible, and eager, bachelors - of which I am sure there are many - to send me a video proposal, stating in no uncertain terms why I should make you my Scottish husband... or wife, not that fussed."

She continues: "Go on the bagpipes are calling you. Your Tunnocks teacake awaits.

Looking directly into the camera she says: "Take a bite of my deep fried haggis and let me make you Scottish!" before taking an energetic bite of a deep fried sausage.

Rachel has asked proposals to be sent using the #MakeMeScottish hashtag as her tongue and cheek video went viral.
