They are described as an English-speaking man who was staying at a nearby hotel and a customer at a cafe who said they saw a woman either climbing or falling from a balcony.

A statement said: “As a result of inquiries we have new information about an English-speaking man who saw Kirsty’s body at the pool before the police attended. He was staying on the 9th floor of Hotel Presidente and was checking out that morning.”
