PROSECUTORS have used proceeds of crime legislation to seize more than £120,000 from a notorious gangster who helped flood Scotland with heroin.
Mohammed Younas, 43, has been ordered to hand over £126,0000 at a High Court hearing in Edinburgh before judge Lord Pentland, who ordered Younas to hand the cash over within six months.
