AN illegal tobacco process-ing factory has been found in Hampshire after two men were arrested at a motorway road check with half a tonne of processed tobacco in their van.
The two men, a 28-year-old from Glasgow and a 36-year-old from Portsmouth, were arrested following the police check in Warwickshire.
