Man charged over £1m heroin haul

HEROIN with a street value of £1million and a firearm have been by seized by police.

Officers found the drugs at a property in Inverleith Street, Glasgow, at around 9.15am on Wednesday. They also recovered tablets, a firearm and ammunition. A 33-year-old man has been arrested and charged and will appear in court at a later date.
