Mobility scooter driver charged

A MAN is to appear in court accused of "recklessly" driving a mobility scooter, mowing down Isobel Mason, 79, and seriously injuring her in Dundee on October 4 last year.

Callum Todd, 54, of Broughty Ferry, did not appear at Dundee Sheriff Court yesterday. Sheriff Janys Scott, QC, continued the case for two weeks.
