Police make arrest after bank robbery

A MAN has been arrested in connection with a bank robbery.

Police were called to a Bank of Scotland branch in Clarkston Road, Glasgow, at about 12.45pm last Friday where a four-figure sum of money is said to have been taken. Police described it as "frightening" for the staff and a 46-year-old man has been arrested.
