A MAN who died when he was knocked down on a bypass has been named by police.
Brian Bulloch was on the eastbound carriageway of the Edinburgh city bypass when he was hit by a Vauxhall Insignia on Thursday. Mr Bulloch, 47, from Edinburgh, suffered serious injuries and died on the way to hospital.
