FILMING for a new TV adaptation of an Ian Rankin thriller got under way in the capital yesterday in the shadow of Easter Road stadium.
Actors Stephen Fry and Dougie Henshall will feature in the production, which is based on the novel Doors Open.
Fry will play art expert Professor Gissing who gets mixed up in an underworld heist, while Henshall takes the lead as millionaire Mike Mackenzie who attempts to swap priceless masterpieces with forgeries.
