Murder suspect Shrien Dewani has won a further hearing in his legal battle against extradition.
A panel of three High Court judges - headed by the Lord Chief Justice - ruled yesterday that there were outstanding legal issues the court must decide. Dewani, 33, is fighting removal to South Africa to face trial over his wife Anni's death until he has recovered from mental health problems.
