FOUR protesters handcuffed themselves inside Glasgow City Chambers today.
The people, members of the Glasgow Care Crisis Group are campaigning against tomorrow's city council budget meeting.
They are fighting to stop the cuts imposed by the council .
One of the women said they intended to remain in the City Chambers for as long possible.
