Regular users of HeraldScotland have taken part in the first ever readers' forum to provide feedback and help guide the digital strategy of our parent, Herald & Times Group.

A selection of 20 readers gave up two hours to participate in the session, held at our offices in Glasgow. They provided opinions on the content and performance of HeraldScotland, its commenting forum, and our new App.

Readers were welcomed by Herald & Times managing director Tim Blott, while the event was hosted by digital innovation manager Grant Gibson, with questions answered by digital editor Calum Macdonald and managing editor Tom Thomson.

Two of those who attended won a year's free subscription to HeraldScotland in a draw to reward them for their input.
